- According to the above site, some of GCC libraries have exceptions to their GPL(v3) licenses. If your software links to these libraries, this exception allows you to distribute it under any license, unless it was compiled by using both GCC and GPL-incompatible software. Libgomp is one of such exceptional libraries and you can confirm it by seeing "omp.h" of GCC.
