- If you have an original BeagleBone, please note that cape support is limited in the 3.8 kernel. Only upgrade to the current release if you do not need support for existing capes. also note that the current release for the original BeagleBone uses Device Tree which handles the setup of pinmux settings completely differently than that of 3.2 kernel support.
